Patterned & Textured Glass –

Glass can be created with a great variety of exciting, attractive features. Far from confined to standard clear glass, with the expertise of Economy Glass, you can find patterned and textured glass. Some commonly used textures include ribs, pebbling and frost. Patterns can be etched in or imprinted with frosting techniques. We carry 36 different options in patterned and textured glass, giving you plenty of choice when selecting your design.

Annealed Glass – Not all glass is the same. Depending on your needs, there are different types of glass that can be used. This type of glass is cooled more slowly than tempered glass. Although not quite as strong as tempered glass, this type of glass has its advantages. For example, it is not as expensive and it also has great edge durability. It’s also a bit more flexible.

Backpainted Glass – Get colorful with backpainted glass. This type of unique glass can make your environments more colorful. Consider using backpainted glass for shower walls, countertops, shelves, doors, tabletops, and kitchen backsplashes. We offer 40 standard color options, or you can request a custom-made color to match your preferences perfectly.

Insulated Glass –

This type of glass is commonly used to give you the greatest energy efficiency in your home or business property. Used in windows, insulated glass contains several panes of glass. In between the glass, a dense, safe gas is placed. Through this design, warm or cold air (depending on the season) is kept out and it’s easier to control the temperature within your home or commercial property. We offer standard sized options or custom sizes for meeting your unique needs.

Laminated Glass – This type of glass is one of the strongest. Used in some of the riskier applications such as walls or other projects that may cause the glass to be exposed to high wind, debris or earthquakes, laminated glass is tough. A synthetic membrane is placed between two panes of either tempered or annealed glass. For this reason, if broken, the glass won’t shatter into a million little pieces. In fact, it’s quite hard to break in the first place. We can custom size this glass for you if necessary.

Mirrors – When you want a large, oversized mirror, Economy Glass is your partner. We provide standard and customized tempered glass. Choose the size, shape thickness, tint and edge profiles to meet your needs perfectly.

Tinted Glass – When you need real, authentic tinted glass, Economy Glass delivers. We use a permanent color that penetrates the full pane of glass, unlike adhesive tinting films. This type of glass is great for blocking the sun’s rays and helping maintain cool temperatures indoors. Choose from a wide selection of opacity levels and colors. You may also select the type of glass, including laminated and tempered. Customization is our specialty.
